Letter to the General Manager
Dear Mr. Hauswirth,
On February 16, I bought a MINI Cooper from Moritz MINI in Arlington, Texas and that little yellow and black car has made me the happiest little old lady in Van Zant county! I named her Miss Honey Bee!
Yesterday I took miss Honey Bee in to your Service Department for an oil change, and I want to express to you how courteous, helpful, polite and professional all those gentelmen who assisted me were. There is one young man I want to bring to your attention. Your service advisor Matt Howell. Over the last year I have called him a number of times to help me with something I didn' understand on the Service Interval Display. He was always patient, helpful and never failed to return my calls.
Yesterday when I brought my car in for the oil change he knew who I was, answered all my questions, and made me feel like a valued customer. His great attitude toward his job, his excellent "people skills," and that friendly smile of his should be brought to your attention. He is an asset to your agency.
We often forget this day and time to recognize when people are doing a great job, and that is the purpose of this letter to you.
Sincerely,
Paula D. N.
