Letter
I am writing to express my appreciation for your staff in general and for neil s. specifically. As a restaurant manager I work with hundred of guests, vendors, and purveyors daily and I have never been as impressed with any customer service as I was with Neil's.
From the first time I walked into Moritz MINI Neil made me feel welcome and made my first car purchase an excellent experience. He spent time explaining to me the intricacies of a MINI, and for someone as ill versed in mechanics as I that is quite feet, as well as appraising me of my many options.
When my car was damaged on the lot neil was able to make me feel cared for and pampered instead of stressed and uncertain. He not only kept me apprised of the condition of my car but went as far as to come to my store, pick up the car on loan to me and return it cleaned and with a full gas tank. I look forward to continuing a relationship with Moritz in the coming years and am confident all future interactions will be as outstanding as the first.
